Prying Thy Way Into [Twitter’s] Social Pipeline

Trying to get into a Twitter clique is about as difficult as puncturing an air-tight container to tear your way into the cool-kids crowd in high school. I’ve always been the über-outgoing social floater: friends with most and never really associating myself with one particular group. It is interesting to me that I find it is just as difficult to pry my way into Twitter cliques as it was identifying myself with cliques in high school. I intend on continuing to spectate as a social-twitter-floater, bouncing about the cusps of different Twitter cliques. Perhaps I will document my findings to share when I’ve reached a more conclusive idea on the subject; perhaps it is also just a thought that should remain just that.
